Pasta with Bolognese sauce
This very easy to make meat sauce can be used with spaghetti, linguine, or any other pasta product.
Preparation method:
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a deep skillet or a cooking pan.
Add 1 pound of extra lean ground beef, 1 clove crashed garlic, and cook while stirring occasionally until meat is brown.
Add 1 can of crushed tomatoes, your favorite dry Italian seasonings. Cover and let simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
